Welcome to Exton Station Community Association (Master Association)
Exton Station Community Association is a 684-unit townhome community atop a hill overlooking Exton PA. The secluded, tree-lined courts are divided among four sub-associations, each with its own character and layout. Shared amenities include playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and an outdoor pool open to Homeowners and guests, as well as a walking path and trees providing shade and wildlife. Just a short drive away you can find the Exton train station, Chester Valley Trail, Exton shopping, and the lively Downtown West Chester. For three decades Exton Station has been a desirable location and a great place to live.

Exton Station Community Association handles all  issues that are common to all: Trash and Snow removal, Landscaping, Trees, flowers/shrubs, sidewalk and curb (along the road), court roads, and our great recreational amenities!  For more information on your specific sub-association, please switch over to your association's page by going to My Communities and choosing your sub-association.
